With the high-speed development of economy,the development of the enterprise is not only the pursuit of pure economic development,in order to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise,the enterprise can go to from the Angle of management mode,through performance management companies can find themselves in some of the problems existing in the development,to improve optimization,to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance management system is essential in the development of enterprises.W company as X province water conservancy industry leader,after several rounds of reform,improve company diversification,in order to complete the company2018-2020,three years after the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" strategic objectives,enterprise existing performance management mode have already can’t satisfy the development of the company,W company must clear strategic goals,improve company performance management,improve the internal management ability,to complete the company’s strategic target,to the survival and development in the highly market-oriented enterprises competition.This paper consists of six chapters.The first two chapters are the introduction,basic theories and analysis tools.The third chapter to the fifth chapter is the main content of this paper.The third chapter elaborated the current situation of Performance management of W Company,in which the first section introduced the company’s general situation,organizational structure,management and control mode and means,and the second section elaborated the current situation of performance management of W Company from the content of performance management system and the implementation of performance management system.The fourth chapter USES different methods to make a profound and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the original performance management of W Company,summarizes the existing problems in the performance management of W company,and carries out a deeper analysis of the existing problems,so as to obtain the main reasons for the problems in the performance management system of the company.The fifth chapter of the paper is to improve the problems existing in the performance management system of W company,and put forward improvement methods aiming at the unsystematic and unscientific aspects of the system. |
