| With "Made in China 2025" and "New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan(2021-2035)," the automobile industry as one of the most important pillar industries of the national economy,intelligent network car technology and new energy vehicle technology has become the strategic direction of the development of China’s automotive industry.China,as the world’s largest automobile production country,has become the largest sales market for new cars,and the domestic car market continues to grow rapidly.The vigorous development of automobile industry must drive the rise of the automobile post-market,the prosperity of automobile market economy depends on the quality of talent and development prospects of the industry.One of the functions of vocational colleges is to directly transfer skilled personnel to the society and enterprises.In 2020,China’s higher vocational colleges and universities have added53 new automotive intelligent technology majors and 62 new energy vehicle technology majors,but few vocational colleges and universities have opened smart network-linked automotive technology and new energy vehicle technology majors.In order to do a good job in the transformation and upgrading of automotive majors in vocational colleges and universities,it is the core issue to formulate effective professional construction and personnel training programs,and to carry out research on the professional ability of intelligent new energy vehicles.This study is mainly divided into the following steps to carry out secondary vocational school new energy vehicle maintenance professional position vocational ability research: through visits to intelligent network automotive and new energy vehicle technology research and development,manufacturing and after-sales service and other types of enterprises,with enterprise managers and related job practitioners to carry out interviews and exchanges.For 200 related enterprises to carry out questionnaire survey work,and combined with the network recruitment job settings and job vocational ability requirements and other research,the use of SPSS data statistics and analysis,to obtain the enterprise needs of intelligent network new energy vehicles related professional positions professional ability requirements;The typical job tasks of typical jobs are summarized,and then the typical work tasks are transformed into action areas and learning areas,the professional curriculum system of new energy vehicle maintenance in secondary vocational schools is constructed according to the post vocational ability required by the enterprise,and the requirements of the evaluation system for the training of talents’ vocational ability are put forward. |
