Under the background of vigorous development of China's automobile industry,the demand for automobile repair and maintenance personnel is also expanding year by year.Tibet is an area where the per capita car ownership is increasing year by year.Due to the influence of geography and culture,the training of professional automobile repair and maintenance personnel mainly depends on the maintenance of foreign technical personnel.The role of training students in automobile use and maintenance major of local secondary vocational schools as labor supply is not obvious.The main reason is that the professional construction of automobile operation and maintenance in secondary vocational schools has been disconnected from the rapid development of automobile technology and automobile maintenance industry.Most of the students trained by schools are derailed from the market and lack of practicability.This paper chooses the brand specialty of Lhasa No.1 Secondary Vocational and Technical School,automobile application and maintenance specialty as the analysis object.Through making questionnaires,this paper conducts in-depth empirical research on enterprises and students,summarizes the current situation of specialty construction,finds out the problems existing in specialty construction,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Then,according to the analysis of automobile repair market and talent demand in Tibet,and guided by the theory of Vocational education,this paper designs the optimization scheme of professional construction from the perspectives of personnel training mode,curriculum and teaching reform,teacher team construction,training base construction,school-enterprise cooperation and textbook renewal,hoping to provide valuable reference for the development of this major.In addition,through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the specialty,combined with the investigation and evaluation of the employing units and professional students in the market,this paper objectively analyses and evaluates the construction of the specialty,and puts forward an effective optimization scheme for the construction of the specialty,hoping to promote the progress of the reform of the specialty,improve the quality of personnel training of the automobile application and maintenance specialty in the whole region,and better serve the Tibetan region.Automobile industry.This artcle takes the professional construction of vocational education as the breakthrough point,and chooses automobile application and maintenance as the research object,which is the key specialty of Lhasa No.1 Secondary Vocational and Technical School.Through the analysis of various factors of the current situation of the construction of the specialty,it also carries out a special empirical research on the employing units of the industry and the students majoring in learning,and objectively evaluates the specialty.The problems and shortcomings in the construction of this specialty are pointed out,and some suggestions for the optimization of the specialty construction are put forward.This research can be divided into the following parts:Chapter 1: Introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of this empirical investigation report,the definition of relevant concepts and research methods.The demand for talents in automobile industry is becoming increasingly prominent.It is the fastest and most effective way to utilize reform and optimize existing training resources to provide labor force.Chapter II: Lhasa No.1 Secondary Vocational and Technical School is an important vocational training school in the region.Through the questionnaire and analysis of the current situation,its automobile application and maintenance specialty lacks practicality in the personnel training mode,and the integration of theory and practice is not high;the speed of renewal of teaching materials is far behind the speed of development of the automobile industry;the structure of teachers needs to be improved,and the practical teaching is not high enough.The allocation of teachers is insufficient,and the effect of off-campus training is not obvious.Chapter 3: The present situation of automobile market in Tibet Autonomous Region and the demand analysis of talent development.Firstly,this chapter analyses the current situation of automobile market development in Tibet.Finally,the paper focuses on the analysis of the demand for talents in the development of automobile industry.At present,there is a large shortage of talents in automobile maintenance industry in Tibet Autonomous Region.Chapter IV: The construction optimization scheme of automobile operation and maintenance specialty in Lhasa No.1 Secondary Vocational and Technical School.According to the above empirical findings,this paper designs corresponding improvement countermeasures according to the factors contained in the theory of professional construction.Firstly,starting from the personnel training plan,the training mode of "one-set,two-in-three-in-one alternation" is determined;secondly,according to the principle of "employment-oriented,post-demand-ability-based" curriculum,the curriculum is better adapted to the needs of social and economic development and automobile science and technology progress in Tibet.The curriculum is divided into public basic courses,professional basic courses,professional orientation courses,professional elective courses and specialties.Four categories of vocational training courses;then optimize the layout of training bases inside and outside the school,pay attention to in-school training,strict management and assessment of outof-school training;finally,improve the allocation of school teachers and teaching material content,so as to make it closer to the market and positions.Chapter 5: Conclusion.Based on the micro and macro analysis of the present situation of the construction of automobile operation and maintenance specialty and the automobile repair market in Tibet,this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures from the aspects of curriculum system,selection of teaching materials,construction of training bases and improvement of teachers' ranks through investigation.
