| At present,China’s electric power enterprises are composed of non-profit public enterprises and profit-making electric power enterprises.The difference between China’s electric power enterprises and those in western countries lies in their activities not only in the field of market failure,but also in the field of competitive market efficiency.Under the market economy,the key of enterprise competition is talent competition.Human resource investment is directly related to the survival and development of enterprise.Training is the basic way of enterprise human resource development,and also the main content of enterprise human resource management.Starting from the related theories of training management,this paper investigates and objectively diagnoses the current training management of T City electric power material company,and finds that there are misunderstandings in the company’s training,lack of a set of perfect training system,imperfect training organization,unclear division of training functions,and long distance from the sustainability requirements based on the analysis of the core needs of enterprise training The training content does not match the actual needs,and the final effect of training is not ideal;the mechanism of training effect evaluation,tracking and achievement transformation is not perfect.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are put forward: through the establishment of appropriate training system,application of training results and other mechanisms,the formulation of forward-looking and sustainable training plan,the division of staff training levels,and the management of funds budget and other measures,the problems exposed in the management and training of T city power material company are solved in a targeted way,and the power material company of T city is assisted The company develops rapidly and efficiently.The research results of this paper can not only help t city electric power material company to solve the problems and obstacles in the current staff training management,but also provide systematic scientific theoretical support and practical reference for other peer enterprises in the process of meeting and dealing with similar problems. |
