| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of Internet-related technologies,economic globalization and regional economic integration have further developed,and the mobility of production factors among countries has been further strengthened.As an important part of the modern service industry and an important pillar industry of the economy,the logistics industry has become more and more important in modern economic trade and is known as the“accelerator of economic development”.The role played by the modern logistics industry at the macro level of the country’s adjustment of industrial structure and transformation of development methods cannot be underestimated.For the long-term sustainable development of RG Port Logistics Park,research on the development strategy of RG Port Logistics Park.Based on a large number of reading related literatures,this paper studies the development status of RG Port Modern Object Park and the internal and external environment.The research on the status quo begins with the overview,existing problems and causes,and the main research on internal and external environment.Analyzed the macro environment as well as opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages.Based on the status quo of development and the analysis of internal and external environment,the development strategy was studied.Through the SWOT analysis results,the strategic positioning was further explained.According to the strategic positioning,the strategic objectives are further studied and divided into overall goals and milestones.In accordance with the strategic objectives,the strategic business unit was selected,including warehousing,transportation,distribution processing,and bonded logistics.The selection of strategic business units must have strategic implementation and safeguard measures,and propose safeguard measures for strategy implementation and strategy implementation.The implementation of the strategy mainly includes six aspects: management-driven innovation development,investment promotion and rapid development,resource linkage and intensive development,cooperation and mutual benefit development,low carbon to promote ecological development,and strengthening value-added service development.The safeguard measures include four aspects: promoting the improvement of the operation level of the park enterprises,strengthening the overall information platform construction,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talents,and actively making full use of relevant policy advantages.In the end,I hope to provide some reference for the development strategy research of other related port logistics parks through the research of this paper. |
