Study On The Development Strategy Of Yingkou Port National Logistics Hub

A logistics hub is the logistics facility group and the logistics activity organization center supporting the development of modern logistics industry.In September 2019,Yingkou,with its unique geographical advantages,transportation advantages,environmental advantages and development advantages,was successfully selected as the Port-type National Logistics Hub,becoming one of the country’s 23 hub cities.As a promotion of the layout and construction of national logistics hubs according to local conditions,that is of great strategic significance to enhance the level of logistics service and promote the all-round revitalization of northeast China.First of all,this paper takes Yingkou port logistics as the research object,collects and sorts out the current development situation of Yingkou port logistics through interview method,and comes to the conclusion of the basic development situation of Yingkou port logistics and the main existing problems.Second,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Yingkou port logistics development by using SWOT method,and makes the strategy comparison and selection,then determines the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub.Third,by putting forward the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub system,this paper makes clear the development objectives and positioning,zoning and spatial layout as well as the key business and functions of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub.Forth,this paper carries out the feasibility analysis of the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub from four aspects of natural condition,economic condition,policy condition and social condition.Finally,the feasible countermeasures are put forward to guarantee the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub.From the angle of strategic analysis,taking the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub as the starting point,this paper systematically puts forward the system programme of the development strategy of Yingkou Port-type National Logistics Hub.To deal with the difficulties and plugging points of the current port logistics development,the Yingkou port-type logistics hub development should make full use of existing policy opportunities and development advantages,through making clear the development goals and positioning,zoning and spatial layout,and the key business and functions to realizing the ascension of logistics hub function,promoting the upgrade of the Yingkou logistics from a port to a hub,better gathering resources around,forming the aggregation effect,playing the role from points to facets,and enhancing the hub economy and the regional economy better and faster development.
