| With the new round rise of world-wide scientific and technological revolution,as well as industrial revolution,many economies are promoting the development of manufacturing industry in the recent years.Developed countries have introduced the "Re-Industrialization" strategy,and many excellent manufacturing enterprises have carried out the practice of intelligent factory to meet the requirement of industrial technology system and development mode,so as to cope with the major changes brought about by the competition pattern.T company as the representative of Specialized vehicles industry,is still in the primary stage of traditional manufacturing.With the negative influence of trade war between China and USA as well as cut-throat competition via low price war,T company is facing severe challenge on future existence,and T company has realized the importance of transportation.This thesis will then raise up suitable transformation strategy for T company based on resent market situation and national strategy.The research of this thesis is based on the business situation of T company,to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of T company via PEST Model and Porter’s Five Force Model.Then to raise up the development goal of T company is to transform from traditional manufacturing company to intelligent manufacturing company,via SWOT analysis tool and Porter’s Competition Theory.Based on the recent situation of T company internally,this thesis then raises up suitable execution plan and assurance for T company’s future development in difference areas of human resource,research and development,sales channel and production management.The innovation point for this thesis is that: on one hand,it intensively studies the importance of intelligent manufacturing for specialized vehicle manufacturing industry on its transformation development.On the other hand,this thesis can be a reference for similar domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to study and draft development strategy step by step. |
