Research On The Improvement Of The International Division Of Labor In China's Equipment Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Intelligent Manufacturing

At present,with the advancement of the times and the innovation of production technology,new generation technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing are constantly being applied to manufacturing and producing intelligent manufacturing technology.The rise of intelligent manufacturing has triggered a new wave of world countries vying for the competitive advantage of their own manufacturing industry.In 2015,China proposed the "Made in China 2025" strategy,with intelligent manufacturing as the main means to achieve China's goal of becoming a manufacturing power.Although China's equipment manufacturing industry has entered the forefront of the world in terms of scale and become a major equipment manufacturing country,there are still problems such as overcapacity,excessive energy consumption,low product quality,rising production costs,and most of the value chain in the low-end position.Therefore,this paper studies the improvement of the international division of labor in China's equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of intelligent manufacturing,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,and combines the research results of predecessors to sort out the relevant research status at home and abroad.Based on Marx's theory of division of labor,international division of labor theory and comparative advantage theory,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of China's equipment manufacturing industry with a large number of relevant data and charts,and uses the international input-output model to increase domestically.The value rate is a measure of the ranking of China's and representative national equipment manufacturing industries.Then,it analyzes the causes of the current problems in China's equipmentmanufacturing industry,and promotes the specific application of the equipment manufacturing industry through intelligent manufacturing,and summarizes the path of the international division of labor in China's equipment manufacturing industry.The research results show that,first of all,China's equipment manufacturing industry is still in the middle of the post-international value position in the international division of labor.Secondly,intelligent manufacturing promotes the international division of labor in China's equipment manufacturing industry by forming a horizontal and vertical integrated value chain network;innovative production mode to improve production efficiency;improve industry environment,reduce transaction costs;promote resource aggregation,and coordinate rational allocation of resources;Accelerate the development of new products and enhance the path of independent innovation.And put forward specific policy recommendations,which provide a reference for the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment manufacturing industry in China.
