Research On Production Process Optimization Of Enterprise A Based On Intelligent Manufacturing

With the development of Industry 4.0 era,there has been a global wave of technological innovation represented by the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and mobile Internet.These technologies are gradually changing the operation mode of manufacturing industry.The CPC Central Committee has repeatedly stressed the importance of intelligent manufacturing transformation at important meetings such as the Central Economic Conference and the two sessions.As the name card of Chinese manufacturing,Chinese photovoltaic has developed rapidly in recent years.It is also one of the industries that master the core technology and cost advantages of the whole industrial chain in China.A company operating indicators in the photovoltaic industry in A leading level,but the level of the intelligent manufacturing development and mature industry,there is still A big gap to meet China’s manufacturing high quality development,how to push on the basis of the existing intelligent manufacturing company A production process optimization,enhance the level of A company’s overall operating and stable photovoltaic industry is important and difficult to be solved in the process of development,Its research has certain theoretical value and important practical significance.Based on A company’s production process optimization as the research object,using literature analysis,combing the domestic and foreign production process related theory,and on the basis of the on-the-spot investigation method and experience summary method for A company in man,machine,material analysis of the causes of the problems in detail,to plan and establish perfect the safeguard measures.This paper is divided into six chapters in structure.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of the research.The second chapter is an overview of relevant concepts and theories.It explains the concept,characteristics and theoretical basis of intelligent manufacturing,and expounds the requirements for the optimization of production process.The third chapter is A company’s current situation of production process analysis,put forward the existing problems;The fourth chapter is based on intelligent manufacturing company A production process optimization solution;The fifth chapter is A company’s production process optimization scheme implementation safeguard measures;Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect.Through the case study,it is found that there are some problems in Company A,such as lack of digital tool support for human efficiency improvement,insufficient accuracy and efficiency of process quality monitoring,lack of systematic planning and implementation of logistics automation,and insufficient flexible delivery ability.Starting from the problem,based on intelligent manufacturing technology,the author put forward solutions in four aspects of man-machine cooperation,automated detection,automated logistics and flexible manufacturing and applied them to field practice,including: Firstly,through the combination of virtual simulation technology,information system integration,APP intelligent application development,big data analysis technology and lean production staff management concept,the internal customer perception and business efficiency are improved.Secondly,through the integration and application of AI artificial intelligence technology and lean quality management theory,the whole process of product monitoring is realized,and the workload of on-site quality personnel is reduced.Thirdly,a high degree of coordination between people,vehicles and materials can be realized through lean production logistics theory combined with information system and Internet of things technology.Fourth,through the integration of lean production theory such as line balance,beat control and digital twin technology,flexible manufacturing of production line is realized.Finally,from the equipment ability,technological innovation,budget management,organizational ability,corporate culture five aspects to improve A company’s production process optimization safeguard measures.The transformation from a major industrial country to a strong industrial power has a long way to go.Through continuous practice,A company has found out a set of theories and methods for intelligent upgrading and production process optimization,which has received good economic and social benefits.It has established a certain theoretical basis and followed methods for manufacturing transformation.This method will contribute its own strength to China’s industrial upgrading through the continuous improvement of professionals in various industries.
