| HC is a large automotive manufacturing company,which is considered as a benchmarking enterprise;the surviving of it depends on a lot of factors and the most indispensable one is to do continuous improvements in quality management system.Also,there are still a lot of problems about quality management of production operations;according to the advanced quality management system models at home and abroad as well as the discussions of HC quality groups,some related measurements have been put forward and they are being implemented to optimize the evaluation index system of enterprise quality management and to increase the core competitiveness of an enterprise.This essay is based on a full investigation about the existing problems about HC quality management system as well as related quality management practice.Firstly,an investigation has been taken which is about establishment,implementation,and improvement of different plants’ quality management and the root reasons of these problems are found.Secondly,related measurements are taken making full use of quality management system and other related tools.The specific measurements are as follows:improving self-evaluation quality by introducing self-evaluation criteria of excellent performance,improving the strength of internal and external audit,improving quality activities by using PDCA model,improving the value of quality documentation audit,improving manufacturing quality information system,optimizing data base,utilizing data analysis software to optimize management basis data and providing a continuous basis.Lastly,an evaluation about HC manufacturing is made in several aspects,such as improvement in customer satisfaction,PPM decrease and cost decrease.The quality management of an enterprise is a long and continuous process.Some achievements might be realized after a long time observation,but that is not enough;the quality management of an enterprise needs to be observed and optimized continuously.With the globalization of SCM and a deeper application of information technology and quality management,it is necessary for a traditional manufacturing enterprise to make an innovation and an exploration of management mode and to optimize evaluation index systems as well as evaluation modes.The research mentioned above is aimed at improving effectiveness of HC quality management system,forming sustainable development under the condition of continuous expansion of an enterprise and the changes of external operating conditions;at the same time,the essay is not only expected to be possessed with effectiveness and competence of quality management improvement for other nuclear power enterprises,but also can be considered as a theory instruction and reference for these companies. |
