After entering the 21st century,China’s infrastructure construction has shown a booming development.Especially since 2009,the 4 trillion yuan infrastructure investment scale has brought about the blowout effect of the construction industry.Many construction companies have re-adjusted their strategic planning and layout,striving to achieve better and faster development.As a very large state-owned construction enterprise,CTG is subject to the influence of the headquarters in the third-tier cities in the Mainland,and the rapid and sustainable development of enterprises is greatly restricted.Headquarters migration,which is one of the major corporate strategies,is imperative.Firstly,This paper analyzes the international and domestic macroeconomic and policy environment in which CTG headquarters are headed,and clarifies the research purpose of this paper.It expounds the significance of the research from both theoretical and practical aspects,introduces the research methods used in the paper,and summarizes the progress of theoretical research on headquarters migration at home and abroad.The overall thinking of the thesis,structural arrangement,etc.are introduced.Secondly,the connotation of enterprise migration is defined,and the decision theory affecting headquarters migration is elaborated.Then it introduces the basic situation of CTG company and the reasons for the headquarters migration.It uses the brainstorming method,literature analysis method,interview method,peer research methods and questionnaire survey method to investigate the international situation and comments of the employees involved in the CTG headquarters migration.It analyzes the internal and external environment pressure faced by CTG company through the five-forces model and the internal dilemma of headquarters management.Through the feasibility analysis and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages to promote headquarters decision-making,this paper expounds the CTG company headquarters to carry out the whole process of migration and analyzed.The staff representatives at all levels of CTG company were interviewed,excavated and collected questions and suggestions,and made migration decisions on this basis.Finally,this paper summarizes the headquarter migration of CTG based on the implementation performance of migration.Through the analysis of the whole process of the migration of CTG’s headquarters,the analysis and study of the migration decision-making and migration process,the performance of the migration implementation is comprehensively evaluated,and the experience and lessons in the implementation of the migration are objectively summarized,enriching the case results of the relocation of the headquarters of state-owned enterprises.Through the elaboration and analysis of the whole migration decision-making and implementation process,especially the combination of relevant theoretical application and concrete practice,to explore the factors to promote the success of the relocation of the headquarters of state-owned enterprises,through the research of the paper to explore some effective operating programs and specific practices,for similar enterprises to implement the headquarters migration provides reference and reference. |
