| In recent years,China’s scientific & technological level and economic strength have continued to improve,expressways have developed rapidly,and the volume of construction has continued to increase.The expressway is responsible for the land transportation tasks of major cities and regions in China,which is the highest-level main road in China’s road network and plays an important role in ensuring national stability and social development.How to achieve the "high speed,high efficiency,safe,comfortable and smooth" operation of the expressway has become a new important topic.The safe operation and disaster prevention and rescue in expressway tunnels are the hubs of expressway traffic safety and daily operation management and are a key component of the traffic management system.Its functions mainly include sorting road traffic information,formulating traffic control measures,commanding,and scheduling.The purpose of studying the safe operation of tunnels and disaster prevention and rescue is to reduce the probability of accidents,the scale of accidents,and the losses caused by accidents in tunnels.The main research contents are as follows:Collected all kinds of emergencies in expressway tunnels,and classified the emergencies in tunnels into traffic accidents,fire incidents,and hazardous chemical incidents.By analyzing the causes,on the basis of the classification and grading standards for the emergencies,the danger level was determined according to the degree of personal and property losses caused by the emergencies and the impact on the operation of the tunnels.The formulation of emergency strategies is an important measure to prevent accidents,which is inseparable from the tunnel monitoring system.By analyzing the composition and configuration of the Changshouba tunnel monitoring facilities,and using the types and levels of emergencies as the basis for classification,the corresponding tunnel monitoring and traffic control emergency strategies were formulated for different areas.Took the Changshouba Tunnel of the Zunyu Expressway as the research object,it analyzed the characteristics of fires in expressway tunnels and the rescue risks of fires and other dangerous emergencies.It studied the allocation of tunnel disaster prevention and rescue resources,fire prevention,disaster relief,ventilation schemes,and emergency rescue strategies to formulate emergency rescue strategies.The control strategy of expressway tunnel monitoring equipment,and the control and inducement methods of traffic flow were embedded in the tunnel monitoring software system to build an emergency plan system.By studying the functional requirements of the emergency plan module,each sub-function module was built. |
