With the rapid development of Western China,especially in the context of the Sichuan-Tibet railway tunnel construction,China’s railway tunnels are gradually developing in the direction of growth,deep burial and high altitude,but it also brings a series of accidents,especially the increasingly serious fire.At present,the development situation of tunnel puts forward higher requirements for ventilation and disaster prevention and rescue.Based on this,this paper analyzes the operation ventilation,fire characteristics and personnel evacuation and rescue of Ganqing tunnel based on the newly-built Ganqing tunnel project of Xining Chengdu Railway,which provides a reference for disaster prevention and rescue work of high altitude railway tunnel.In this paper,the fire simulation software Pyrosim and Pathfinder evacuation software are used to simulate and analyze the law of fire smoke spread,determine the available safe evacuation time aset under various working conditions,and determine the necessary safe evacuation time RSET combined with evacuation simulation.Finally,according to the principle of safe evacuation,the evacuation safety in fire is analyzed.Combined with the previous research content,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue,which provides a certain reference value for tunnel disaster prevention and evacuation and rescue.The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Through consulting relevant documents,we know the types of railway tunnels and their ventilation and smoke exhaust methods,as well as combining with the structural characteristics of the Ganqing Tunnel,its ventilation method was determined;According to the requirements of “the Design Code for Railway Tunnel Disaster Prevention and Evacuation and Rescue Engineering”,the disaster-proof ventilation design of the Ganqing Tunnel were studied,and 16 jet fans are determined;(2)We simulation and analysis of the temperature field,CO concentration field and visibility distribution law of smoke when the fire-carrying train is randomly stopped at different locations of the rescue station.To explore the influence of different wind speeds on the smoke flow characteristics of the fire,the analysis obtained that the wind speed in the cross passage should not be less than 2.0m/s,and the available safe evacuation time is 480 s and greater than 600 s for the front and middle of the train fire respectively,which lays the foundation for the study of evacuation;(3)Distance between cross passages and the width of evacuation platform have influence on evacuation.The influence of the width of the cross passage on the evacuation time of personnel is bounded by 2.3m,showing the characteristics of stage differences,the evacuation time of personnel and the cross passage spacing show stage changes;when the evacuation platform width is 2.0m,the influence on the evacuation time is the largest.By analyzing the necessary safe evacuation time under different working conditions,the reasonable parameter combination design of the rescue station with the minimum evacuation time is obtained;(4)According to the research of fire characteristics and evacuation rescue,in order to prevent the disaster of Ganqing tunnel in operation period.Combined with the characteristics of Ganqing tunnel,through consulting the relevant data and literature,this paper initially gives the disaster prevention and evacuation rescue system plan suitable for Ganqing tunnel,and provides a reference for similar extra long railway tunnels.There are 48 figures,15 tables,70 references.
