As a very important role of the construction project management, construction project risk management has been studied and given closed attention by insiders and scholars for a long time. However, even as the crucial part of risk management, risk identification and evaluation study remain stays at theory level, lacking of exercisable analysis for practical implementation. The paper starts from definition of risk identification, mainly analysis the project risk identification and evaluation, with integrated reference to domestic and international research achievements, raise an integrated and optimized risk identification methods based on Delphi-RBS methodology, meanwhile raise an integrated and optimized risk evaluation based on equal risk curve and risk matrix methods. The paper take the M construction project as an example, apply the above risk evaluation strategy, expounds the gap between the above two risk evaluation methods and its solution by applying the Borda methods. By using above methods complete M construction project risk identification and evaluation works and then analysis the effectivity in parallel. The main achievement of the paper is that it expounds an integrated risk identification method which based on Delphi and RBS methods and take into the case study. Meanwhile, by applying the case study, it reveals the gap of the equal risk curve and risk matrix methods, and reaches solution on it by taking in new methods, which finally forms a new risk evaluation strategy based on equal risk curve and risk matrix.Risk management is a very complex subject with the risk identification and evaluation acting as a key role of it. It’s practical and theoretical for us to raise the effectiveness and accuracy of risk management in construction project management by deeply investigating an exercisable risk identification and evaluation method, and systematically construct a risk identification and evaluation strategy.
