Research On Schedule Management Of CN Mountain Highway Project In Qinghai

In recent years,with the reform and development of our country,there are more and more highway construction projects in mountain area.At present,the existing mountain highway construction is developed from the municipal highway construction,in the implementation of the project construction,due to geological conditions and height difference factors,inevitable progress management difficulties.Therefore,to improve the project schedule management level,hand over the project on time,and create the best income level of the project construction is the research focus with the characteristics of this kind of project.This paper is based on the theory of project schedule management,with schedule management control as the center and the construction of the highway project in CN mountain area of Qinghai Province as the background,through the construction of the project organization,the preparation of the project schedule plan,the control analysis and rectification of the process schedule plan,as well as the solution of the problems affecting the schedule and the optimization of the measures,the theoretical knowledge of the project schedule management,effective integration with on-site project schedule management experience.This paper deals with the problem of poor geological and topographic changes encountered in multi-tunnel highway in mountainous areas,the relevant project organization measures,technical management measures,resource management measures and economic management measures taken when the critical work cross-influences,etc..After adjustment,the project is tracked and analyzed for schedule Deviation,through the dynamic adjustment of the time limit calculation software,the perfect schedule management scheme is finally formed by the linkage of various guarantee measures.In this regard,good results have been achieved in the project schedule management of the CN mountain highway project in Qinghai,which can ensure the completion of the project construction objectives on time and with high quality,in the mountain area highway project construction,the advanced progress management method and the highly effective countermeasure,will occupy the important position in the future project construction management.
