Research On Progress Management Of Kindergarten Project In Ouhai District,Wenzhou

The kindergarten project is a project related to people's livelihood.It promotes the cause of early childhood education.Progress management is one of the key factors for the success of the project.The focus of this project is to study the basic situation of the progress control of the construction project of the kindergarten in Ouhai District.The actual case of the construction project of the kindergarten in Ouhai District is adopted,and a feasible progress management plan is proposed.Within the investment budget,improve the project progress and make a certain contribution to the progress management of the construction project of the affiliated kindergarten in Ouhai District.In this paper,the kindergarten construction project in Ouhai District is taken as the research object.The stages of its investment project,namely investment decision,pre-construction,construction operation management,are identified,and the key factors that restrict progress are identified.The investment process is evaluated by using an analysis Key factors in determining the basis for the management of kindergarten construction projects in Ouhai District.Finally,the conclusions of the analysis method are combined with practice to determine the causes of the key factors affecting the process.Finally,based on these specific reasons,effective measures are taken and the preventive measures for the process management of the construction project in Ouhai District kindergarten make the project itself specialty.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts.The first part first explains the basic research background,research purpose and significance,and literature review.The second part mainly explains the basic theoretical overview,including project management theory and project progress management theory.Overview of the main kindergarten project in Ouhai District;the first part of the thesis mainly analyzes the basic situation of progress control of the construction project in Ouhai District;the fifth part of the thesis proposes the corresponding improvement measures for the progress control of the construction project in Ouhai District.It is hoped that through the research in this article,the expected goal is to discuss the basic theories,features,methodologies,and other related theories of the progress management research of the kindergarten project in Ouhai District through theoretical research and literature research.On the other hand,the study of theoretical knowledge,through the guidance of a mentor and a large amount of data,enriched the research methods and means,expanded the research materials,analyzed and studied the specific cases for the Kindergarten Project in Ouhai District,and proposed effective progress control measures.
