Under the background of power system reform,the State Grid Corporation has put forward higher requirements for its business process optimization and management lean level.At present,the management of power grid construction projects in general is extensive and the statistical analysis is not standardized.And the control ability of project investment,cost and schedule is weak.Existing project management model and process control mechanism can no longer meet the new requirements of lean management.Therefore,it is urgent to study the dynamic evaluation and control of power grid construction projects in progress based on process control,so as to change the traditional extensive management mode of power grid infrastructure construction and strengthen the pertinence,scientificity and accuracy of construction project management.This paper focuses on the dynamic evaluation and control of the power grid construction project in the construction stage,taking the power grid construction project as the research object Based on the analysis of key nodes and influencing factors of power grid construction project management and control,a multi-node dynamic management and control model of power grid construction project based on process control is constructed,and the application of the model is analyzed.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories and methods of dynamic management and control of power grid construction projects from three aspects:process control,dynamic management and control and comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,the key nodes of power grid construction project management and control are sorted out and analyzed,and the dynamic management and control of power grid construction project in the construction stage is determined as the focus of this paper.Thirdly,the influencing factors of power grid construction project management and control are identified by using fishbone diagram method.And then,combined with process control theory,a multi-node dynamic management and control model of power grid construction project based on process control is constructed.This paper,from three dimensions:pre-warning,in-process monitoring and post-evaluation,constructs dynamic defect early warning model,progress tracking management and control model of construction,investment and cost,and stage dynamic assessment evaluation model.In addition,the radar graph analysis method is used to feedback the results of multi-node dynamic control to achieve closed-loop management.Finally,taking Tianjin Power Grid Project A as an example,this paper makes an application analysis of the nulti-node dynamic management and control model of power grid construction project based on process control by collecting relevant engineering data and data.The research on dynamic evaluation and control of power grid construction projects in progress based on process control in this paper can accurately control the key nodes of construction projects and fully grasp the progress of power grid construction projects.Moreover,this research can change the extensive management mode in the traditional power grid infrastructure construction,catch hold of the details of the project implementation,avoid the accumulation of problems,and thus improve the lean level of project management.
