| With the development of technology and the progress of the times,China’s economy has entered a "new normal".For the traditional manufacturing enterprises with fierce market competition,the risks are increasing.Generally speaking,the procurement cost has a large space for expansion in traditional industries,and reducing the procurement cost has become the basic path for many enterprises to increase efficiency.Project risk management has been widely used in many areas and enterprises,which should be highly concerned by enterprises.The author takes the A company as the analysis object,A company is a state-owned traditional machine tool company in a provincial city.Because of the fierce competition in the machine tool manufacturing industry,the cost and precision of the company’s product manufacturing are higher,and the higher requirements for the procurement management of raw materials and materials are also put forward.The author uses the knowledge of project management theory to analyze and study the actual situation of the purchase and management of raw materials and materials in A company,and explore the risk factors in the procurement management of raw materials and materials,and then evaluate the impact degree of the risk factors of the purchase and management of raw materials and materials and the risk factors to the risk of the wind insurance,and identify the key points.Risk and identify the main risk factors,and then according to the ability of enterprises,put forward effective risk response measures.The paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the author introduces the background of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research significance and methods.The second chapter briefly introduces the theoretical basis of the paper,including procurement risk management related matters,project risk management theory.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the problems existing in the raw material procurement management of Company A.Chapter 4 mainly evaluates the procurement risk of Company A.By adopting the method of questionnaire and drawing risk coordinate map,the risk magnitude of nine risks is analyzed.In the fifth chapter,according to the results of risk assessment,the corresponding measures to solve the procurement risk of raw materials of A company are put forward.Chapter 6 summarizes the paper and looks forward to the future. |
