Renovation Of Residential Space Based On The Elderly Care Mode

China’s aging problem is becoming more and more serious,and various social care methods have emerged in society.This article is based on the practice of group rural elderly care.First,it combs the related theories of group elderly care,and establishes the research directions of group elderly care and rural residential space.Secondly,based on the current status of the old-age care model and the needs of the elderly,the changes in the physical and psychological characteristics of the old are analyzed,and the specific old-age needs of the old are summarized.Finally,the requirements for public,event,medical,private and other spaces for the elderly in a group are clearly defined,and the relationship between the old-age care needs of the elderly and the components of the rural residential renovation is further constructed,and the targeted design strategies and design principles are proposed in conjunction with practical cases.To create a good living environment and residential space for the elderly who live in the city and have higher-quality elderly care needs,it provides some direction and motivation for the transformation of rural elderly housing.
