Precise Design Research Of Pension Institution Using Space Based On The Needs Of The Device-aided Elderly

In our country,"Four-Two-One"family becomes the main pattern with increasing of aging population,continuous rise of the elderly disable and half-elderly-disable and miniaturization in family.How to take care of the elderly is becoming an increasingly prominent issue.Traditional home-based care services gradually weakened.Community nursing service is widely accepted due to convenient facilities and systematic services.Based on special background of "not rich first old in our country and unsound pension institude,many problems exist,and many contradictions are formed with the need for beds.The current pension institutions are not planned according to the health the caring characteristics of the elderly.The design of space for the elderly institution lacks pertinence.In architectural design,solutions to these differences and targeted treatment is particularly important.The function of old people keeps changing,a process from health to declining.The design of pension institutions must be people-oriented,easy to care elderly.It must be satisfied to the needs of different types of old people.We must improve the quality of the pension institutions to promote the national endowment for the elderly and provide a warm and comfortable living environment for the elderly.The thesis studies the disable elderly from a pension institute.It draws a conclusion of the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly from human engineering,old age psychology and investigation.Through interview to the disable,the proposal and demand for the space of the pension institution is achieved.The clear strategy for design is clearly suggested based on the present situation of the pension institute.
