Research On The Optimization Of The Residential Environment Of The Elderly Under The Smart Home Care Model

The rapid development of science and technology and the rapid aging of the population structure are two major trends facing society today.Against the background of the deepening of the contradiction between the accelerating social aging process and the serious lack of elderly care services,the development of a new model of old-age care has become the main goal of age-appropriate development.The concept of "smart elderly care" and the practice of related intelligent technologies have fully proved that the application of intelligent technology to the residential environment and various life services of the elderly people with the highest acceptance at home is of great practical significance and necessity.In 2012,China proposed smart elderly care combined with elderly care and technology,and the community home care model is very popular.Therefore,this article will discuss how to improve the residential environment inside and outside the elderly community under the smart home care model to provide a fast,convenient,safe and comfortable the overall environment of the house.China’s smart home care model is at the initial stage of development,and it inevitably lacks the idea of building a comprehensive smart home care service system.In this paper,through a large number of literature surveys on the aging and intelligent aspects of the residential environment for the elderly at home and abroad,we have sorted out the references and discards of related developments.Through a combination of on-site surveys,online and offline questionnaire surveys,interviews,etc.,the current living conditions of the elderly in the community of Dashan Village,Xinxinyuan Community,Sunjiagou District,and Fuxin Road Subdistrict in Qingdao City Conducted a survey on the internal and external environment and elderly care facilities.The survey concluded the current daily situation of community-based elderly care for the elderly at home and abroad,and there are problems with external elderly service facilities that are inconsistent with the actual and subjective and objective practical needs of the elderly.With the goal of combining smart technology to create a more suitable residential environment for the elderly,the elderly care facilities required for home are classified into four categories from the perspective of service scope,service content,and use of intelligent facilities: smart home care service center,smart home care center,smart home care service point,smart home care home smart point.Relevant analysis is carried out from the perspective of suitable location,spatial function division,and intelligent service system.By determining the needs of the household’s intelligent facilities and determining their location and function,they are fully integrated into the daily life of the elderly through the induction port,bringing the elderly to a comprehensive Wisdom suitable for old age experience.In this way,a preliminary idea for constructing a community smart home care service facility system is formed.In terms of details,according to the actual needs of the elderly and the behavior patterns obtained from the survey,the overall residential environment of the elderly is divided into four aspects: travel safety,comfortable home,diverse leisure and entertainment,and timely medical treatment,which breaks the thinking limit of indoor and outdoor.In order to establish an overall smart home care service system for the elderly.The results obtained in this paper are summarized as follows: First,the four-level classification of the smart home care facility service system is proposed,which fills the deficiencies of the current smart home care research in China;second,it breaks the indoor and outdoor thinking limitations and discusses the intelligence in four aspects.The practical optimization of chemical products and technologies for the elderly makes up for the shortcomings in the existing literature that ignore the integrity of the residential environment;finally,through optimization ideas,clear construction principles,and comprehensive analysis of the relevant aspects of the construction of a smart home care platform through evaluation points detail.It is hoped that through the research in this article,we can provide new ideas for optimizing the residential environment of the elderly and improve the quality of life of the elderly,provide a theoretical reference for the future construction of a smart home pension service system,and help ease the anxiety of elderly care in China.
