| With the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of my country’s manufacturing industry,cultivating innovative high-skilled talents represented by skilled masters has become an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and has largely affected the long-term development of my country’s manufacturing industry.Therefore,how to accelerate the cultivation of innovative high-skilled talents in the manufacturing industry to continuously adapt to the demand for high-quality skilled talents in the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry has become an important issue in the cultivation of manufacturing talents in my country.To this end,using the literature research method and content analysis method,taking the 238 skilled masters in the manufacturing field among the winners of the first to fourteenth "Chinese Skills Award" as the research sample,the characteristics of the innovative high-skilled talent group in the manufacturing industry in my country And the successful experience was explored,and based on this,the corresponding cultivation strategy was put forward.This research consists of five parts: The first part mainly analyzes the research background,related concepts,connotation and theoretical basis,and explores the significance of the cultivation of innovative high-skilled talents in the manufacturing industry.On the basis of this,the theoretical framework and research ideas of the research are put forward.The second part focuses on the importance of the cultivation of innovative high-skilled talents in my country’s manufacturing industry,and studies the current situation of the cultivation of innovative high-skilled talents in my country’s manufacturing industry.Studies have shown that the shortage of innovative high-skilled talents in my country’s manufacturing industry has severely restricted the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is imperative to accelerate the cultivation of innovative high-skilled talents in my country’s manufacturing industry.The third part mainly takes the 238 innovative high-skilled talents in the manufacturing industry among the winners of the "China Skills Award" as the sample object,focusing on the in-depth research on the group characteristics of the innovative high-skilled talents in the manufacturing industry in my country.The research results show that,from the perspective of group characteristics,it mainly includes knowledge,ability,and psychology.Knowledge characteristics include solid professional basic knowledge and rich comprehensive knowledge;ability characteristics include superb practical ability and strong innovation and creativity;psychological characteristics include firm professional belief and great craftsman temperament.The fourth part studies the successful experience of innovative high-skilled talents in my country’s manufacturing industry,mainly from the four dimensions of individual,education,enterprise,and society,including active self-learning and improvement,good school education and on-the-job learning,and diversity.Professional training and promotion,a favorable environment for growth and talents.The fifth part mainly puts forward the cultivation strategy of innovative high-skilled talents in manufacturing from four aspects of individuals,schools,enterprises and governments,such as encouraging individuals to exert their subjective initiative and strengthening the development of comprehensive quality;promote the transformation of school concepts and build a practical training system;Increasing corporate skills training,optimizing the manufacturing working environment;creating a good social atmosphere,and enhancing the status of skilled talents.Based on the research on the group characteristics and successful experience of innovative high-skilled talents in manufacturing,this research puts forward a strategy for fostering innovative high-skilled talents in manufacturing.In the future,it is necessary to increase the depth and breadth of research in order to build a more comprehensive manufacturing innovation High-skilled personnel training framework. |
