| In recent years, the construction scale and investment of China’s subway projects have gradually expanded, which has placed higher requirements on the scale and integration of subway project management. The traditional project management model has been unable to meet the needs of subway projects.By drawing on foreign project management models,full-process engineering consulting has emerged at the historic moment.Full-process engineering consulting can provide owners with integrated project management services, break the information silos of traditional consulting, and improve the fragmented industrial structure. With the release of the domestic whole-process engineering consulting policy, the whole-process engineering consulting has been widely promoted. The subway project has the characteristics of high investment, long period, difficult construction, and many professional participating units. It shows a high degree of dynamics and uncertainty, leading to a wide variety of subway project risks. There is a risk management awareness among managers in the subway project management process.Weakness can easily lead to out-of-control investment, schedule delays, and quality and safety problems in subway project construction. In this paper, firstly,by constructing the CIM-AHP risk management model for the entire process of engineering consultation of the subway project,it is clear that the stage of the engineering consultation of the entire process of the subway project is the decision-making stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage.,Bidding agency, construction supervision, cost consulting;Secondly, based on the CIM-AHP risk management model, analyze the service content of each stage of the engineering consulting process, and use the literature check method to determine the risks in the decision-making phase, design phase and implementation phase.Identify;use the AHP method to conduct a qualitative analysis of the risks identified at each stage, find the weight of each risk factor, use the expert scoring method to determine the probability of the risk at the end of each stage, and use the CIM model to quantitatively analyze the risks identified at each stage to identify each Phase total risk probability, identify key risk factors at each stage, and formulate risk response measures for key risk factors,Provide theoretical guidance and practical value for engineering consulting agencies to participate in the entire process of subway engineering consulting projects. |
