The subway survey project is a comprehensive construction activity involving many aspects such as planning, design, construction, management and post-operation.The construction process is highly complicated with large capital investment and many uncertainties. Therefore, how to correctly assess the size of the risk and determine whether the risk can be accepted by the enterprise? It is an issue that needs urgent solution to the temporarily unacceptable risk.In view of this, the content of this paper:First of all,an overview of XZK Metro Line 6 survey quality management system,a clear research object.Second, the risk identification is mainly based on questionnaire.Interview method and Delphi method are combined to communicate with the technicians related to the subway survey project. The risk identification list is initially formed, and 29 risks are identified through literature review.Identification list.Third, risk assessment uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Qualitative research by finding literature, literature review and expert interviews, obtained the initial qualitative assessment results.Quantitative research Aiming at the characteristics of risk assessment,a questionnaire scoring method is adopted to digitize the questionnaire survey results to obtain the quantitative assessment results, which are compared with the qualitative assessment to ensure that the assessment results are credible. Finally, according to the characteristics of subway survey project, this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects:construction unit risk, survey unit risk, social risk and natural risk, and further studies the risk of survey unit into progress, technology, safety, cost and management risk. This paper attempts to provide new methods and ideas for metro risk assessment from probability analysis and statistics. On the basis of qualitative assessment of risk,in view of the characteristics of risk assessment results that have a certain degree of discrepancy,we refer to the commonly used methods of geotechnical parameter testing in engineering geological prospecting to strengthen the quantitative assessment. The introduced indexes include the average value of ?m,coefficient of variation ?,standard deviation a,deviation d,standard deviation of three times three times.Three times the standard deviation method to eliminate abnormal data, test data consistency, the wrong data removed,to ensure reliable data quality. The coefficient of variation 8 is less than 0.30,the data variability is tested, and the risk factors with greater controversy are given to ensure the scientific evaluation results. The final risk factors that affect the quality risk ranked in the top ten are:"Unreasonable expenses","Overall quality of personnel","Repeated subcontracting and subcontracting","Reconciliation period","Investigation process and inspection Methods ","Survey Machinery and Equipment Factors "," Cost Increases Caused by Engineering Changes ","Unorganized Schemes Review "," Temporary Change Construction Plan "and" Complex Geological Conditions ".Through the research on the quality risk management of the subway survey project, this paper clarifies the key risk factors in the subway survey process and puts forward countermeasures. It hopes to reduce or eliminate all kinds of management risk, technical risk and decision-making errors, effectively reduce the risks faced by the project and improve the project The level of decision-making,with the minimum cost to ensure maximum security and ensure social and economic benefits. This article is only a preliminary study of the quality risk management of the subway survey, hoping to provide a reference to the management methods of the risk management personnel of the survey unit.
