| Most agricultual trade markets in urban residential areas in China were built in the1990 s.With the rapid development of urban construction, most of them have been out of repair for a long time, and the problems of dirty, messy and poor space environment have appeared. As the city’s “vegetable basket”,agricultual trade market is an important infrastructure in the city, and its spatial quality is related to the food safety and sanitation of thousands of households.China is actively promoting the space optimization construction of agricultual trade markets in urban residential area, and some achievement has been made. However, there are so many cities in China and the local culture and climate in different cities also have some differences,so there are still some differences in the use and transformation of agricultual trade markets. Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the spatial use of the agricultual trade market in urban residential areas, and to put forward the targeted spatial optimization strategy for the construction and renewal of it.At present, the research on agricultual trade market lacks systematic theoretical guidance, and the national or local norms are limited to the basic functional area. Most of the existing research in academic field focuses on the construction mode and design method,so it is difficult to keep up with the transformation demand of agricultual trade market. With the improvement of consumption level and the diversification of shopping channels, space experience in those markets is more and more valued by current consumers. Most of the existing agricultual trade market facilities are still the construction mode of the 1990 s for the basic trading space demand, whose space design is rough and lack of details in all aspects. As facilities age,A series of space problems have affected the purchase experience of consumers, resulting in many consumers turning to other channels of food purchase such as supermarkets, delivery and other. And the spatial vitality of agricultual trade markets has seriously decreased. In the face of this situation, market managers have realized the importance of the transformation of space optimization, and are actively apply themselves to transforming or building some market facilities, but the related academic research is very lacking. Therefore, through the study of the relevant documents and materials of agricultual trade market, the author analyzes the spatial background, spatial characteristics and users’ spatial needs of agricultual trade market buildings, and puts forward the research elements of this paper.Through systematic field investigation and online investigation, this paper finds and summarizes the current situation of the space use in agricultual trade markets, and puts forward specific spatial optimization strategies from three aspects: the layout of the external environment, the spatial design of the internal environment and the crowd demand of the site activities. The proposed strategy is applied to the practical case of agricultual trade market design, and then it is demonstrated by examples.By combining theory with practice, the reasonable optimization strategy in the construction design process of agricultual trade market is put forward.Based on the idea of "finding problems "," analyzing problems" and "solving problems ",this paper discusses from the following six chapters:The first chapter is introduction, through expounding the research background of this paper, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of related concepts and the current situation of related research at home and abroad,it explains the necessity and problems to be solved, and puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter analyzes the spatial background, spatial characteristics and spatial requirements of the research object, and then puts forward the research elements.Firstly, the spatial background of agricultual trade market is expounded in detail, including its development course and trend, main types and functions, and relevant policies and reform needs. Then it analyzes and generalizes the spatial characteristics of agricultual trade market, including distribution characteristics, building characteristics, activity characteristics. And the space demand of agricultual trade market and demand of user groups and related factors are considered. Finally, according to the above-mentioned results, this paper derives three research elements of planning layout, space design and activity demand, which lays the foundation of survey in the third chapter of the paper.Based on the background of the previous part, the third chapter builds the research system of this paper and show the research results of the use of agricultual trade market space. The first part is the construction part of the research system.First of all,it defines the purpose of the research and the use of field mapping, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, and explains the specific content and implementation of this survey. Then the specific scope of the survey is selected, including 19 agricultual trade markets in four streets from the west in Jiangbei District in Chongqing, followed by the recovery of survey samples, including the operation of the survey samples and typical samples of the situation. The second part is detailed research results, which explains the market planning layout, the space design, the place activity investigation situation from the angle of the external environment, internal The environment and the group demand. It discovered that most agricultual trade markets generally exists the problem of facility aging, poor space quality and need to carry on the space optimization. This also verifies the demand discussed in the research background. It provides a reference for the fourth chapter of the spatial optimization strategy of agricultual trade market.Based on the previous chapter of space use research results, the fourth chapter puts forward the agricultual trade market space optimization strategy combined with the actual case and the requirements of the corresponding specifications. The specific strategies for the optimization of the planning and layout of the agricultual trade market put forward the specific optimization methods for the site selection design, functional configuration and industrial layout of the market;the specific strategies for the optimization of the spatial design of the agricultual trade market put forward the specific optimization methods for the entrance and exit design, functional streamline, facility size, material design, spatial color and auxiliary facilities of the market;the activities of the agricultual trade market The specific strategy of demand optimization puts forward specific optimization methods for the spatial demand of the buyer group, the seller group and the third party group in the market. It provides a reference for the example demonstration of the fifth chapter.Based on the space optimization strategy of the previous chapter, the fifth chapter is the application in the case of Jiangshan Agricultual trade Market in the north bank of Jiangbei District of Chongqing, from the construction background of the project to the elaboration process and strategy application demonstration of the design,to the design results and actual completion and operation results.Through the research process of practical cases, the combination of theory and practice is realized and the shortcomings are proved. In the sixth chapter of conclusion, the main research conclusions and main research results are summarized, and the limitations of the research and the future research direction is put forward. |
