Research On Layout Optimization Of Refrigerated Truck Assembly Workshop Of H Company

The improvement of workshop layout is the direction for companies to improve their own development,the optimization of workshop layout is closely related to improving work efficiency,saving material costs,and improving enterprise benefits.The workshop layout system plays an important role in the production activities of enterprises.Due to the lack of theoretical guidance,some companies fail to arrange the workshop layout scientifically and rationally,causing many unreasonable problems.Aiming at the unreasonable layout of the refrigerated truck assembly shop of H Company,this paper optimizes the layout design of the refrigerated truck assembly shop.First,briefly describe the general situation and status quo of H company,analyze the current layout of refrigerated truck assembly shops through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,and find the problems that need to be improved in the layout of refrigerated truck assembly shops;secondly,use the system layout design(SLP)method to analyze the logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship and comprehensive correlation relationship of the workshop,above all,obtain a set of initial optimization plans;nextly,use genetic algorithms to further improve the optimization plan,and obtain the results based on SLP method The plan is used as a set of initial solutions of the genetic algorithm,and the objective function is constructed according to the optimization goal,and the mathematical model is solved by the relevant computer software to obtain the improved plan;finally,establish the corresponding modules in the Arena simulation software,set up according to the collected data,run the simulation model before and after the improvement,compare the data reports generated after the operation,comprehensively evaluate the improvement results,and judge the feasibility of the plan.By rationally optimizing the layout of the refrigerated truck assembly shop of H Company,it not only effectively improved the working efficiency of the refrigerated truck assembly shop of H Company,saved the company’s material cost,and improved the benefit of H company.,but also optimized some workshop layouts.The same type of SMEs provide implementation ideas and reference value.
