The manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the country.Only with strong manufacturing capacity and industrial production capacity,can economic growth be achieved without external influence.In recent years,the growth of China's automobile industry has slowed down,and plastic manufacturing is a very important part of automobile manufacturing.Therefore,it is of great significance for automobile manufacturing enterprises to reduce the logistics cost and improve the production efficiency of the automobile plastic assembly factory.In this thesis,an automobile plastic assembly factory is taken as the research object,from two aspects of facility layout and production line optimization.Firstly,the previous research situation is summarized,and mainstream research means and methods are defined.Then the function and operation flow of the automobile plastic assembly factory are analyzed,and then the facility layout and production line balance are analyzed in detail.For the facility layout problem,mainly from the layout elements,layout principles,layout types and layout objectives of the four aspects of analysis,and then the different types of facility layout problem modeling on the key points to be solved are summarized.Then,the problem of production line balance is analyzed.Firstly,the characteristics and types of the production line are defined,and then the factors of production line balance and optimization objectives are analyzed.Then,through the analysis of the problem,the problem-solving idea of this thesis is clarified.The two problems studied have a sequential relationship.When the layout plan is determined,the production line in the production area will be improved.In the problem of facility layout,this thesis establishes the L-type main channel layout model with the minimum logistics cost and the maximum correlation between functional areas as the goal,considering the situation that the entrances and exits are not fixed,and designs the corresponding genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Four sets of sequences are designed as encoding methods and corresponding decoding methods are described respectively.Fitness function based on penalty function is derived and suitable genetic operators are selected for chromosomes.In the problem of production line balancing,this thesis uses the method of discrete event simulation modeling,and choose Flexsim as the simulation tool.The process of the automobile plastic assembly manufacturing line is analyzed,and then the simulation entities that need to be used are determined.The simulation model is established by mapping the production line process to the simulation model and the parameter type to be adjusted in the entity is specified.Based on the original simulation model,the improvement and optimization of the production line are realized.Finally,the realization of the algorithm is described and an example is analyzed.The optimization scheme proposed in this thesis is used to solve the problem of functional area layout and production line balance in the automobile plastic assembly factory.The layout scheme of the internal functional area of the plant is obtained,and the production line in the production area is optimized and improved.The final results show that the layout algorithm has high efficiency and a good optimization effect.The equipment utilization rate of the production line has also been improved,which verifies the effectiveness of the solution and the feasibility of the actual operation.
