In the 21 st century,the profit brought by logistics has increasingly become the focus of attention of enterprises,and the layout of workshop facilities is an important factor in logistics.Appropriate layout can reduce logistics intensity,reduce handling costs,and improve production efficiency.SLP method combined with genetic algorithm can well avoid the shortcomings of SLP method,is suitable for solving more complex layout optimization problems,and can obtain a more scientific and reasonable layout design plan.Therefore,this article takes this as the starting point and conducts optimization research based on the layout of the machine shop of A company.First of all,this article briefly describes the current situation of the layout of the machine shop and the current production site of the A company,and uses the method of system layout design to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis of the comprehensive logistics relationship in the workshop,based on the closeness of the work units Draw a correlation diagram of location and area,and establish the location constraint conditions between work units based on the correlation diagram.Then,based on the results of the above analysis,taking it as a constraint of the genetic algorithm,a genetic algorithm model is established,the analysis and calculation of the scheme are carried out,the solution algorithm is realized based on Matlab software,and the layout scheme obtained by the algorithm operation and the original layout scheme are taken from the logistics A comparative analysis of the minimization of handling costs and the maximization of area utilization is carried out to prove the effectiveness of the scheme.Finally,in order to improve the efficiency of layout optimization work,an SLP management system was developed.The front-end interface of the system is developed based on the.NET platform.The optimization process calls the algorithms implemented in Matlab through the interface,and displays the optimization results on the system interface in a concise and intuitive form.Using this system,it is convenient for enterprise staff to conduct layout effect simulation analysis quickly and conveniently,and can effectively improve the work efficiency of layout plan design.The paper has 40 pictures,38 tables,and 78 references. |
