Research On Customized Passenger Transport Mode Management Of WH Group

According to the strategic thinking of domestic road passenger transport enterprises on the development of customized passenger transport mode,this paper studies and draws lessons from the mature research results of Chinese and foreign scholars,combines the management of customized passenger transport mode of WH Group,and explores the current situation faced by WH Group based on theoretical basis and actual situation.Through analyzing the management mode of traditional passenger transport enterprises,learning the concept and management mode of customized passenger transport,and based on the concept of "internet plus",this paper studies the management of customized passenger transport mode of WH Group,and analyzes the business sectors such as platform construction,network car rental,online car rental,customized train lines,etc.,expounds the problems faced by traditional passenger transport under the current social situation,and formulates corresponding customized mode schemes for business sectors to optimize them.Finally,through the way of questionnaire,the survey results of customer satisfaction are counted,and the feasibility of the scheme is reflected by customer satisfaction,which shows that the service mode brought by customized passenger transport mode has superior adaptability,and the customer satisfaction marks the success of the scheme,and can also reflect the income of enterprises operating according to the scheme.According to different enterprises’ situations,this study digs deep into the potential value of customized passenger transport mode,which has certain reference value and significance for traditional passenger transport enterprises to help transform and upgrade.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge of customized passenger transport and the experience of successful cases are used for reference.Taking the management research of customized passenger transport mode of WH Group as the goal,the comprehensive status and development strategy are analyzed,and the customized passenger transport mode is improved and perfected,which is helpful to dig deep into the potential value of customized passenger transport,expand the business field of customized passenger transport of WH Group,create higher value and help the transformation and upgrading of traditional passenger transport enterprises.
