The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(Greater Bay Area)is the fourth largest Bay Area in the world after the New York Bay Area,San Francisco Bay Area and Tokyo Bay Area.It is the most active area and important growth pole in the national economy.Among the four Bay areas,its total economic volume ranks the second,while the population,land area,port and airport passenger throughput all rank first.On February 18,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which indicated that the Greater Bay Area would soon enter the fast lane of development and enter a new pattern of comprehensive opening-up.To build a modern integrated transportation system,the Outline raised a claim on improving the passenger and freight transport service,promoting the intercity passenger transport operation,advancing "one-ticket-mode" and "one-card-pass" service,which is the foundation for the construction of world-class bay area and mutual beneficial cooperation among the mainland,Hong Kong and Macao.Based on this,the paper studies the transformation and upgrading mode of road passenger transport enterprises in the Greater Bay Area to customized passenger transport,and takes Guangzhou-Shenzhen Line as an example to verify the mode.First,this paper sums up the traffic status of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,analyzes the general status and intercity traffic condition in Greater Bay Area and summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of intercity transportation.And to analyze the necessity of intercity customized passenger transport from the view of the supply-side,the application of industry customization and the laws and regulations,so as to lay a solid foundation for the research of intercity customized passenger service in the Greater Bay Area.Secondly,this paper studies the intercity customized passenger transport of the Greater Bay area,compares and analyzes the development characteristics,merit and demerit of regular bus passenger transport and customized passenger transport,and reviews the multi-stage development of customized passenger transport,and summarizes the three phrases of the development of customized passenger transport.Combined with the pilot reform and development cases of intercity customized passenger transport and the development status of intercity customized passenger transport in Greater Bay Area,this paper reconstructs the concepts of “People”,“Bus” and “Place” based on the new retail concept,analyzes the changes of business model of intercity customized passenger transport,and studies the improvement of customized passenger service capacity under the new retail mode.Finally,this paper studies the optimization of intercity customized passenger transport operation mode,forms the modeling idea,and puts forward the model framework and algorithm research.Combined with the development of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen intercity customized passenger transport,this paper optimizes the case,and puts forward suggestions on the operation mode of customized passenger transport of the Greater Bay Area according to the results.
