| Road passenger transport,as an important passenger transport mode in the integrated transportation system,plays a key role in the passenger transport market and has indispensable functions.However,in recent years,due to the continuous improvement of the high-speed rail network,civil aviation ticket prices have gradually begun to become people-friendly,as well as the continuous popularity of family cars.In addition,the traditional road passenger transport routes themselves have problems such as low service levels,poor flexibility,and slow speed,resulting in the compression of the development space of road passenger transport,and the volume of road passenger transport is also declining year by year.Road passenger transport urgently needs to be transformed and upgraded.With the empowerment of Internet technology,customized intercity road passenger transport emerged,indicating a new direction for the transformation and upgrading of traditional road passenger transport.This emerging road passenger transport mode has the advantages of flexibility,small volume,and high service quality,and can provide travelers with more accurate and comfortable personalized travel services according to their needs.As a new passenger transport model,intercity road customized passenger transport needs to be based on the passenger transport market and develop.One of the keys lies in its reasonable and scientific route arrangement to ensure the operational efficiency of intercity road customized passenger transport.Therefore,in order to meet the personalized needs of passengers for intercity travel and improve the efficiency of intercity road travel,this paper studies the location planning of boarding and landing points and route optimization issues for customized intercity road passenger transportation.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the current background of customized passenger transport and summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,this article clarifies the concept and characteristics of customized passenger transport,analyzes the functions of customized passenger transport in passenger transport and its positioning in transportation networks,combs the development process of intercity customized passenger transport,analyzes and summarizes the operation modes and problems faced by intercity customized passenger transport,and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent location selection of boarding and landing points and route optimization.Secondly,in order to ensure that customized passenger transportation on intercity roads has a high passenger flow and can reasonably allocate the travel needs of passengers,this article innovatively proposes the use of spatial and temporal two-dimensional clustering method to plan the location of customized passenger transportation points on intercity roads,based on the principle of passenger travel needs having convergence and aggregation.The Canopy algorithm combined with K-means clustering algorithm is used to perform spatial clustering on travel demand locations,The agglomerative hierarchical clustering method is used to cluster the travel demand time of passengers,so as to get the location of boarding and landing stations and the travel time.Finally,taking into account the interests of both enterprises and passengers,this article takes the above seating rate,the number of stops,the number of vehicles,the service order of the boarding and alighting areas,and the vehicle capacity as constraints,and aims to minimize the sum of the operating costs of intercity customized passenger transport operations,the cost of passengers’ running time in the vehicle,the cost of passengers’ waiting time,and the penalty costs of customized vehicles arriving earlier or later than the passenger boarding time window as the optimization goal,Establish an optimization model for customized passenger transport routes on intercity roads.In order to improve the punctuality rate of the arrival of customized passenger vehicles,this article innovatively adds a time window to the model to punish the situation where the vehicle arrives outside the time window.Finally,combining the characteristics of this model,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.This paper selects Lanzhou city-Baiyin city as the research object and uses MATLAB to solve the optimization scheme of one-way intercity line from Lanzhou city to Baiyin city.At the same time,through the analysis of the results,the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified.The in-depth research on the optimization of customized passenger transport routes on intercity roads in this paper can effectively meet the intercity travel needs of passengers,contribute to improving the attractiveness of customized passenger transport on intercity roads,and have a certain reference and guidance value for the actual operation of customized passenger transport on intercity roads. |
