Research On J Company Working Capital Management Based On Channel Theory

In the actual management and control of each module within the enterprise,the management of each project of the company’s working capital has always been regarded as a management work that needs special attention.Working capital represented by working capital has a reputation of "flowing blood" in the industry.Its existence makes enterprises closely link the links of procurement,production and sales.At present,as the world economy tends to be more and more complex,the domestic and foreign market environment is also constantly changing.Under the background of the unpredictable economic situation,it is increasingly difficult to manage the internal working capital projects efficiently and orderly.As China’s industrial economy is gradually in line with the world development trend,the production capacity and total assets of enterprises in China are also gradually increasing,and the capital flow of enterprises is becoming more and more frequent.In the new economic development environment,how to make full use of the internal advantages of working capital of enterprises has a profound impact on the development prospects of enterprises.Strengthening the management of enterprise funds and optimizing the enterprise’s own financial system can not only provide the necessary capital guarantee for the stable operation of the enterprise,but also continuously improve the turnover speed of working capital within the enterprise,so that the company can effectively save the use cost of relevant capital projects and contribute to the steady and rapid growth of the enterprise.In recent years,experts and scholars have been continuously exploring and analyzing various fund project management theories of the company,innovatively integrating enterprise channel process into their research scope.At the same time,based on this theory,researchers have put forward a new working capital management theory based on channel theory.This theoretical system promotes the development of the company’s capital project management theory The majority of domestic researchers have played an important role in guiding the further and systematic analysis and exploration of working capital management.After consulting the previous analysis of working capital management,it is not difficult to find that the former management theory does have some drawbacks.The former theory only separated each part of working capital for individual analysis,but it is far from the required results.From the perspective of channel management,this paper summarizes the daily working capital elements of enterprises on the premise of summarizing the previous theoretical research.At the same time,combined with channel theory,this paper adds some customer management theory and channel management theory.This paper takes J company as the object of analysis,focuses on collecting the relevant market data of J company in recent years.Based on the relevant open data of J company as the calculation basis,this paper briefly explores the defects of J company in various fund project management aspects in the channel,and gives appropriate countermeasures according to each deficiency.The whole paper can be summarized into five parts.The first chapter introduces the research background and the significance of related theoretical research,summarizes the research theory and research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on working capital management,and leads to the analysis ideas and research methods of this paper.In the second chapter,according to the previous introduction,some existing theoretical systems related to enterprise working capital management are introduced,and through obtaining domestic and foreign works and learning relevant theoretical knowledge,what is the company’s working capital management is explained and defined.At the same time,how to do a good job in the project management of the company’s internal working capital is explored.The third chapter gives a brief introduction of J company from birth to growth and maturity,analyzes the overall operation of J company including the development and operation of J company,and identifies the overall management of working capital projects of J company at present,and analyzes the project management of working capital of J Company under the current situation Various defects appeared.The fourth chapter,combined with the conclusion of the above analysis,puts forward specific problems and provides corresponding countermeasures for J company in the process of project management of variousworking capital factors.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the future research direction of the paper.It mainly summarizes the analysis results of J company in the aspect of working capital management,as well as the shortcomings of the relevant research in the current situation,and judges the future development of channel management theory.
