Research On The Working Capital Management Of B Company Based On Channel Theory

At present,with the rapid development of economy,the social requirements for enterprise asset management are gradually increasing.Focusing only on the optimization of long-term assets can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,and short-term asset management becomes more and more important.As one of the core contents of short-term financial management,working capital management plays a dominant role in the financial management activities of enterprises,which is related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.After long-term development,the working capital management theory has basically formed the traditional working capital management theory with element management as the core and the working capital management theory with channel management as the core.The traditional working capital management theory is based on the optimization of internal accounting items of working capital,but it cannot be changed in time in the current complex economic environment.The working capital management theory based on channel management focuses on three channels in enterprise activities,aiming at optimizing channel structure,coordinating channel behavior and improving channel relationship.However,how to apply theory into practice needs to be studied in combination with enterprise practice.This paper takes B Company as the research object.In view of the working capital management status of B company,this paper firstly analyzes the working capital structure of B company from the perspective of working capital channel management by using the working capital management thought of scholars and combining theory with practice.Secondly,through the data of the last five years,analyze the working capital management of B company’s procurement,production and sales channels one by one,and compare with other outstanding enterprises in the same industry to find out the problems existing in its working capital management.Finally,through in-depth discussion of the problems existing in B company’s working capital management,combined with the characteristics of the company’s industry,put forward constructive solutions to learn from experience.Through the discussion in this paper,it is expected to help B company and enterprises in the same industry to better find and solve problems in the process of working capital management,so as to promote mutual benefit and win-win between enterprises and suppliers and improve the efficiency of enterprise working capital.
