Research On Working Capital Management Of Company A Based On Channel Management

Working capital is the key for enterprises to maintain normal production and operation.In the context of the gradual slowdown of China’s economic growth rate,the market environment has begun to deteriorate,social liquidity is insufficient,and there is a general shortage of liquidity in enterprises.Working capital management gradually shows its importance to enterprises.In China’s concrete industry,the growth of the downstream industry has slowed down,and upstream industry has suffered from reduced supply due to policy reasons.The problem of shortage of funds in concrete industryhas begun to show.Working capital has become the biggest constraint to the development of concrete enterprises.Therefore,this article selects the concrete industry as a case object to study the problems of its working capital management.This article first introduces the research background and research significance,and clarifies the research ideas of this article.Secondly,this article introduces the relevant theories separately,providing a theoretical basis for the following research.Then it briefly explains the basic situation of Company A and the concrete industry where Company A is located,and analyzes Company A’s working capital management from three aspects using traditional element-based working capital management methods.Then it summarizes the limitations of Company A in using the traditional element-based working capital management method,and introduces the advantages of new method based on channel management;Then,the company A’s working capital is classified based on the channel management perspective;The situation of company A’s working capital management is analyzed according to the performance evaluation system of working capital management proposed by Professor Wang Zhuquan from the perspective of channel management.Summarize the existing problems of working capital management under company A’s channel management,and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.It is hoped that through the analysis of the case A company,it will provide suggestions for China’s concrete enterprises on how to effectively carry out working capital management,which has certain significance for the improvement of the industry’s overall working capital management level.
