Performance Evaluation Of Sichuan Changhong Working Capital Management Based On Channel Theory

At present,more and more domestic enterprises have their branches all over the world.This is due to the advancement of economic globalization on the one hand,and the growing maturity of Internet technology on the other.However,while the scale of enterprises continues to expand,a series of problems,such as rising costs and low efficiency,have a serious negative impact on the ability of enterprise capital management.Among them,one of the prerequisites to determine whether an enterprise can achieve sustainable development lies in its working capital management level.The establishment of a set of performance evaluation system with both perfection and rationality is the premise for the management to scientifically examine the insufficiency of working capital management in the enterprise,and is also the guarantee for the enterprise to make up the gap and further improve the efficiency of working capital management.This thesis takes Sichuan Changhong as the research object,aiming at improving its working capital management level.Based on the working capital management and other related theoretical basis,this paper constructs the working capital management performance evaluation index system from the perspective of the enterprise’s full-cycle channel,and makes a longitudinal comparison of the working capital management performance of Sichuan Changhong by combining with the analytic hierarchy process,and then analyzes the problems existing in the working capital management of different channels of Sichuan Changhong and the reasons.Finally,aiming at the deficiencies in the working capital management of Sichuan Changhong,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the management of raw materials in the procurement channels,speeding up the turnover of products in the production channels,and designing an appropriate distribution plan in the sales channels.The research in this thesis not only enriches the theoretical research on the performance evaluation of working capital management to a certain extent,but also helps the household appliance manufacturing enterprises represented by Sichuan Changhong to improve the performance of working capital management through channel management to achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development of enterprises.The thesis has 10 picture,21 tables and 53 references.
