Research On Credit Evaluation And Management Of A Electric Power Construction Enterprises

With the rapid economic development,credit has evolved from a simple daily normative behavior to an economic form.Good credit evaluation system is an important guarantee for economic development,the lack of credit is bound to cause huge economic losses.In recent years,the construction industry has become China’s pillar industries.With the introduction of relevant construction laws and regulations,the construction market has been very standardized,but the construction market credit is still missing phenomenon.The establishment of a good construction market credit system has become a necessary condition for the development of the construction market.As a member of China’s construction market-A power construction enterprises,with the rapid development in recent years,the status of the industry gradually increased,but the credit management defects caused by the lack of problems,strengthen the credit evaluation system has become A power Construction enterprises to obtain a good development of the necessary measures.Based on this,the article takes A electric power construction enterprise as an example.Through the interview investigation and questionnaire survey,it is found that the current problem of credit management system is lacking in the credit management work of A electric power construction enterprise.The credit evaluation system is lack of perfection,the credit evaluation method is too subjective,the enterprise credit management consciousness needs to be further strengthened,and the credit management system needs to be further improved.In order to solve those problems,this paper builds a credit evaluation system suitable for A electric power construction enterprise based on the goal and basic principle of credit evaluation system,and then the fuzzy evaluation method is used to determine the weight of the credit evaluation index.By selecting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the comprehensive method of credit evaluation to carry on the credit situation of A electric power construction enterprise,through the evaluation of the current,A power construction enterprise credit overall situation is good,but in some areas need to be further strengthened.In view of the need for improvement,the article and then put forward the perfect views and countermeasures.In this paper,the credit evaluation and management of electric power construction enterprises is taken as the research object,and the credit rating system is obtained by constructing the credit evaluation index system suitable for A enterprise and selecting the appropriate evaluation method.The construction of the evaluation system and the selection of the evaluation methods can provide a new way of thinking and scientific methods for the improvement of credit evaluation and management of electric power construction enterprises,and can also provide reference for similar enterprises to carry out credit evaluation management.
