With the development of society and economy,customers' demand for mechanical and electrical products has gradually shown a trend of rapid change,diversification,and customization.At the same time,companies are gradually adopting new design and intelligent manufacturing methods to improve their design and development efficiency to better meet the changing market demands.Therefore,it is great significance to study the modular design methods of mechanical and electrical products and to study the development of intelligent computer-aided design and modular design systems.Based on the theory of modular design and the technology of secondary development,this paper has studied clustering-based module division methods,evaluation methods of the module partitioning scheme,and the development of modular design systems for products.The modular design system is used to implement the module partitioning and module evaluation of mechatronic products.First of all,in view of the lack of fast extraction method of product data in traditional modular design,a method of product data extraction based on secondary development of SolidWorks is proposed,and the rapid construction of DSM is realized by using logic regression algorithm,and the model data analysis and DSM automatic generation technology based on existing products are realized.Then,in order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of product module division,the spectral clustering algorithm is introduced to solve the module division of the glass edging and punching machine.The experimental results show that the spectral clustering algorithm reduces the possibility of data loss in the transformation process of DSM transformation,and improve the effectiveness of clustering.Furthermore,for the module evaluation method,the theory of minimum description length is applied to the evaluation of module division algorithm,and the comparison of division effect between different algorithms is realized.It is proved that the spectral clustering algorithm has better product module division effect,and the selection of the optimal product module division scheme is realized by using the average module degree evaluation index.Finally,in order to improve the efficiency of designers and shorten the product design cycle,a modular design system for mechatronic products has been developed from the perspective of software systems,with product data extraction,rapid DSM construction,module planning,part parametric design and datamanagement,with certain intelligent design features.This thesis has 46 figures,34 tables,98 references.
