In present enterprises,efficiently design is a key technology which need to be solved urgently.It’s a low effective about bucket elevator design in enterprises,the modular design is an effective way to achieve efficiently product design.It is possibly to modular design with the characteristics of the bucket elevator,such as stable structure,series pieces and generic pieces for much ascertain percentage of it,etc.For the same series products,the structure is similar,but the size of it is different,when different user requirements of the specifications of the products,the original module need to be changed into parametric.In this paper,main research with bucket elevator which TD series,on the basis of the theory of modular design,the structure characteristics of the belt type bucket elevator,the key to this type bucket elevator module function classification research,including the module interface、module series research,etc.CAD parameterization technology was applied to bucket elevator module,key parts under different parametric design method was studied,including: research on parts seriation design、formula design and based on the solidworks secondary design method.Creating database by Access,using ADO data access technology based on VB software.creating rapid design platform of bucket elevator modular parameters,how to according to user requirements,to develop a rapid customization bucket elevator design system that could come true.Modular and parametric design technology integration,which integrates research,to create a rapid design platform,through this system,the main parameters can be fast calculated and selected,the module information can be queried quickly,the structure size of bucket elevator of some design data users can add,modify or move etc.The module information that include the roughly price of each module could be known、 used configuration and different specifications of bucket elevator can get from this system.The design cycle of the bucket elevator can be shorten through the system,meet changing market needs.The research purpose of this paper is for bucket elevator research and development to provide an advanced,reliable,rapid design system.
