Research On Reuse Of Old Industrial Buildings Under The Concept Of "Cultural Reproduction"

The development of the new era of industry has not only brought about scientific and technological progress,technological innovation and industrial prosperity,but also caused the burial of a large number of old industrial buildings abandoned by the times and their cultural implications.Research on the renovation of old industrial buildings in Western countries There has been a certain degree of development,and it is relatively mature in design theory,design thinking,and cultural heritage.my country’s insufficient awareness of the cultural value of old industrial buildings has caused damage to the urban context.Nowadays,China,which is undergoing modernization,needs to face up to the global problem of where to go with old industrial buildings.Based on the related theories of cultural regeneration,this paper studies the problems existing in the renovation of old industrial buildings.Through extensive literature reading,data sorting,field investigations,questionnaire surveys,etc.,the old industrial building concepts and cultural regeneration concepts are in-depth combed and researched,and a conceptual system based on cultural regeneration is formed to provide theoretical guidance for the subject.Through the investigation of old industrial building renovation cases in eastern Hebei,it is found that there are problems at the macro strategy level of the building,the internal space design level,and the social awareness level.Therefore,based on the concept of cultural regeneration,this article constructs a design strategy for the problems found,forming a "cultural regeneration" design strategy system for the transformation of old industrial buildings.Research believes that the cultural regeneration and development of old industrial buildings should first evaluate its cultural regeneration value,and start with the architectural core,architectural planning and architectural structure through the macro-architectural design to provide a good foundation for subsequent architectural transformation.Secondly,cultural regeneration and transformation of the internal space of the building,highlighting the narrative space,interactive space,corporate culture propaganda space and industrial interface atmosphere creation,in order to achieve the purpose of cultural inheritance.Finally,the above conclusions and concepts are used to transform and reuse the old industrial buildings in the West Port District of Qinhuangdao,focusing on exploring the use of characteristic culture in the port area,the transformation of characteristic buildings,the promotion of integrated waterfront development,and the shaping of waterfront space interaction.The project design is tested as a theoretical result,and further confirms the feasibility of the concept of cultural regeneration of old industrial buildings.Under the background that old industrial buildings are in urgent need of protection and reuse,the full text puts forward new thinking and new ideas for renovation through the concept of cultural regeneration.From the perspective of historical and cultural protection,it emphasizes the importance and necessity of the cultural inheritance,cultural heritage reconstruction,regeneration and protection of old industrial buildings,and guides the society to recognize and pay attention to the cultural connotation of old industrial buildings.This is for designers and old industries.Researchers of architectural reuse provide theoretical basis and reference value in the direction of cultural regeneration.
