Research On Urban Landscape Renewal Design Of Industrial Sites In Northeast China Under The Inheritance Of Industrial Culture

As an industrial base built in the early stage of China’s industrial development,northeast China has made outstanding achievements in industrial development,promoting the establishment and improvement of China’s industrial system and making great contributions to the economic construction and development of new China.In Northeast China,however,the growth of heavy industry due to the influence of industrial structure adjustment,over-exploitation and utilization of resources and other problems,encountered great difficulties after the 1990 s.The development of industrial cities gradually declined,factories and enterprises closed down,leaving countless industrial sites which would not be used any more.In the long run,the urban ecological environment is polluted and destroyed,the increase of abandoned industrial land leads to increasingly severe land resource problems,and the lack of power for urban economic development.How to deal with the industrial site and how to solve the various problems brought by the industrial site have become the urgent matter for the cities of industrial site in northeast China.In this paper,the core concepts of industrial sites,industrial culture,landscape renewal and so on are firstly elaborated,and the research direction and object are determined fundamentally.Then,the research status of relevant fields at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,providing the theoretical and practical foundation for further research of this topic.Then,the formation of industrial culture and the status quo of industrial sites in northeast China are analyzed in this paper,how necessary and crucial the industrial inheritance is in the design of landscape renewal of industrial sites are discussed,and the important value of industrial culture inheritance and development is determined.On this basis,this paper further to update the design methods of the theory,principle,mode and method,and update the design of two typical successful example in Shenyang of case analysis,to study its advantages,in the process of updating and still exist deficiencies analysis shows that update corresponding measures are put forward,and finally put forward outlook.The urban landscape renewal of northeast industrial sites is not only a response to industrial adjustment as well as structural transformation of the city,but also shows the respect of urban landscape design for industrial history and culture.The renewal design of industrial site landscape injects vitality into urban construction and development and provides inexhaustible power for improving the image of urban civilization.This paper tries to find out the methods and values of cultural inheritance in urban landscape renewal of industrial sites,and the research results can be helpful for renewal design in further study.
