Study On Financial Risk Management Of XY Expressway PPP Project

After the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee,the PPP reform upsurge began The advantage of the mode is that it has changed the situation that only the government provides social public services and public goods.It introduces social capital into the market.Through the cooperation between the government and social capital,it can better play the government’s efficiency and improve the utilization rate of social resources,so as to better serve every individual in the society.In PPP projects,financial risk management plays an important role in the development of the project.Based on the implementation background of XY highway PPP project,this paper understands the construction and operation content and return mechanism of the project,observes the bad status of financial risk management of the project,and identifies the risks of financing,investment,cost overrun and capital recovery.Through further analysis and evaluation,it is found that the financial risk management problems of the project are affected by the internal and external environment of the project company,and then it is found that the financial risk management system of the project is not perfect,the internal financial risk management of the project is not paid enough attention,the financing method is single and unreasonable,the income source of the project is single and unstable,and the information disclosure in social supervision and management is insufficient Finally,according to the problems,the paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of financial risk management.
