Research On Risk Management In The Implementation Of Public-Private Partnership Project In A County People's Hospital

In the past 20 years,China's economy has developed rapidly.While we are seeing the development of China today,we cannot ignore the huge differences in the development of the central and western regions in reality.The financial revenues of the poor and remote areas and regions inhabited by minorities are low.The introduction and application of Public-Private Partnership model provides the possibility to alleviate the structural gap in the development process and accelerate the development in the new period.However,the Public-Private Partnership model involves a wide range of projects with complex contents and various types featured in large investment quota,long investment cycle and wide coverage.Therefore,how to promote the successful establishment and operation of Public-Private Partnership projects and prevent project risks has become an important link in the implementation of PPP projects.Based on the relevant theoretical research,this paper analyzes the risk factors in the process of Public-Private Partnership project implementation through the actual cases of enterprises,comprehensively explains the risk of the whole life cycle of the project,analyzes how to identify the risk in the project,and then effectively manages the risk and summarizes the feasible management and control measures.While providing objective guidance for capital decision-making,it also provides a basis for enterprises to negotiate with the government in the early stage of the project,so as to effectively restrain both parties in the process of contract negotiation,reduce contract risks and maximize the benefits of the project.
