Abstract/Summary:
Traditional patterns of ethnic minorities in Guizhou are an important part of Chinese traditional patterns.The embroidery and batik patterns are not only the reverence and worship of the ethnic minority people to nature and ancestors,but also the spiritual aspiration of the ethnic minority people to a better life,which is a cultural conveyance with ethnic symbolism in the course of history.This paper attempts to analyze and sort out the traditional patterns,color combinations and modeling methods of the Miao and Dong ethnic groups in Qiandongzhou,Guizhou,and integrate the traditional patterns with modern creative brands and their products,so as to explore the application space of ethnic patterns in the design of creative brands and provide reference materials for future research and practical application of related topics.Based on the existing research results,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of graphic composition,color composition and packaging modeling.In the process of design,firstly,market research is conducted on the current development status of domestic and Guizhou cultural and creative brands to find the reasonable positioning and development direction of the "Qiantu Tour Gift" cultural and creative brand in the market;secondly,the pattern style,color language and modeling method of traditional patterns of Guizhou ethnic minorities are analyzed to learn about the regional ethnic Secondly,we analyzed the traditional patterns,color language and modeling methods of Guizhou’s ethnic minorities,learned about the culture and spirit of the region,and explored the representative elements of the region;again,we clarified the brand design positioning and development strategy based on the results of the preliminary research,proposed specific application methods for the deconstruction and innovation of traditional pattern elements and the refinement of color elements,and formulated corresponding brand development strategies;finally,we designed the Guizhou "Qiantu Youli" cultural and creative brand from two aspects: visual identity system and application identity system.Finally,the design of Guizhou’s "Qiantu Touring Gift" cultural and creative brand is carried out from two aspects: visual identity system and application identity system.The creation of the "Qiantu Yuli" brand can,to a certain extent,link the traditional patterns of ethnic minorities with modern brand design and keep the culture up-to-date.
