The content of performance incentive is the key content of China’s state-owned energy enterprises in the reform of mixed ownership.It is of significant value to improve the transformation level of systematic human resource management in state-owned enterprises,to give full play to the performance management mechanism to stimulate state-owned enterprises to improve their production initiative,and to realize the effective transformation of state-owned enterprises in the market-oriented environment.However,at the present stage,there are still great deficiencies in the establishment and perfection of the hierarchical and refined human resource management mechanism in China’s state-owned energy enterprises.There is still a mismatch between the importance of incentive mechanism for managerial staff in enterprise operation and the maturity degree of current energy enterprises in the systematic human resource management structure.Therefore,it has become the focus of China’s energy and electric power enterprises in the aspect of systematic transformation and refinement of human resources to comprehensively improve the management level of human resources in management positions and establish and perfect the mode matching the incentive mechanism of personnel in management positions and the demand of performance management.Based on this,this paper conducts a study on the performance of management staff in H Company,and tries to conduct a systematic study on the performance incentive mechanism of management staff in the case enterprise by using different research methods such as literature analysis,case study and research analysis.In the process of the research,combining the equity theory,incentive theory and performance theory,starting from the incentive system structure,salary contract structure,post incentive method and other aspects,based on the incentive status quo of H company’s management staff,the management incentive quota,management incentive level and management incentive effect were analyzed.For H company performance incentive existing in the current phase difference was not significant,performance and incentive degree of relevance is poor,lack of management post specific incentive methods and low management job satisfaction with incentives and so on weak factors,trying to make H company management incentive mechanism optimization design,the sound gradation design,strengthen the relevance of performance and compensation incentive system,enhance the duty of management elements proportion and improve incentive compensation accounted for under the action of such strategies,try to improve H company management job incentive mechanism optimization,as to motivate the management job personnel,enhance the level of management job personnel work elements,Promote the systematic transformation and development of H Company.
