Forty years of reform and opening up,along with the development of China’s economy and the progress of urbanization,the demand for environmental improvement has been increasing day by day,the government has paid more and more attention to the construction of landscape greening,and China’s garden industry has also developed greatly,with the landscape greening area and coverage rate becoming saturated.Thanks to this development process,nearly 20000 garden enterprises have accumulated in China,but at present the garden industry is facing the situation of increasingly saturated market,competition,increasing costs and declining profits.As a typical traditional garden enterprise,how to realize strategic transformation and ensure sustainable development has become an important issue that DQ Company must be faced.This paper makes a thorough study of DQ Company,analyzes its operation situation,and analyzes its existing problems and causes.On this basis,combining macro environment analysis,Potter five force model analysis,enterprise internal resources and competitiveness analysis,SWOT analysis and value chain analysis,the model of strategic transformation of DQ company is transformed from,focus strategy" to "related diversification strategy",and the integration of business construction and operation is put forward.And development direction,and analyzed the comparison and development expectation of business models before and after transformation.At the same time,this paper analyzes the basic conditions and advantages of DQ company’s strategic transformation,such as team cognition,business and customer base,brand and platform,as well as the difficulties and problems faced by DQ company,such as lack of talent,experience and funds.After that,it also analyzes the core conditions and guarantees that DQ company needs to achieve strategic transformation,including the shaping of management concepts and values,the transformation of organizational structure,the construction of talent team,the support of professional technology,the support of financial platform,and the guarantee of management mechanism.It is hoped that DQ company can smoothly realize the successful transformation from "focusing strategy" to "related diversification strategy",thus constructing the sustainable competitive advantage and development motive force.At the same time,I also hope that this paper can have a very typical reference and reference significance for the strategic transformation and sustainable and healthy development of the whole garden industry,and play a realistic and representative positive significance for the theoretical study of the strategic transformation of traditional industries.
