With the continuous development of our economy and the continuous promotion of electric power system reform,the electric power enterprises with monopoly advantage have been facing the increasingly fierce and cruel market competition.Through a great deal of practice,performance management is a key means to realize enterprise management in an all-round way and an effective tool to realize enterprise strategy successfully.Therefore,electric power enterprises can only tailor a reasonable enterprise strategy,make a set of effective performance management system with strategic elements and strictly apply management,in order to adapt to the changes in the market environment and to cope with the pressure of market competition.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing problems of enterprise performance management in the light of the actual situation of SD Power Company,and to base itself on its medium-and long-term development strategic planning.The key Performance indicator(KPI)theory is used to construct the performance management system of SD power company.From top to bottom,the organization aims to be divided into functional departments and individual employees to form a strategic KPI performance management system for SD Power Company.Through the research of this topic,we hope to provide basic compliance for the implementation of effective performance management.The first and second parts of the paper mainly introduce the background and significance of the topic as well as relevant theoretical research,and understand the research results of the related theories through literature research.The third part mainly focus on the research of the performance appraisal of the electric power industry in China,taking the electric power construction enterprises as an example,from the angle of industry characteristics,this paper analyzes and grasps the overall level of performance management,and through the questionnaire survey,finds out the degree of understanding and satisfaction of the employees of the research object to the current performance appraisal system,and summarizes the problems with the data.The fourth part starts with the medium and long term development strategy of the enterprise,using the idea of balanced scorecard,through the methods of fish bone map and task matrix arrangement,to decompose the index layer by layer at the company level,department level and employee level,and establish theKPI index database.Then the weight and evaluation criteria of each KPI are determined by using the weight factor method,and the evaluation cycle is determined in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise.The fifth part puts forward the concrete measures and designs the safeguard measures for the KPI system,and strengthens the reasonable application of the examination results,to ensure that the performance appraisal is strictly implemented,the results can be effectively feedback and continuous improvement.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the full text.The research idea of performance management system construction in this paper combines the company strategic elements,for domestic enterprises,especially for power grid construction enterprises to design and implement performance management system.
