| At present,with a large number of harmonious locomotives put into use,the maintenance cost in the service cycle is huge,which inevitably brings great changes in the maintenance system.At the same time,due to the adoption of a large number of new electronic components,microcomputer control system and network system,the original planned preventive maintenance system based on the theory of mechanical wear and tear is bound to bring some disadvantages and deficiencies to the maintenance of new locomotives.Compared with the developed countries of rail transit abroad,although China has reached the level of developed countries in equipment at present,there are still many gaps in maintenance benefits.In addition,the current China Railway Group is vigorously implementing the optimization of locomotive repair system.The Academy of iron and technology,each Road Bureau Group Company and its subordinate stations are actively studying and tackling the key points in this respect,It is necessary to use scientific maintenance theory to guide the reform of repair process.Taking the most advanced hxd1 d locomotive traction system as an example,this paper introduces the relevant theory of fault analysis in the maintenance system to carry out the optimization analysis and research of repair schedule based on fault theory.Firstly,this paper introduces the structural characteristics of the main components of hxd1 d locomotive traction system,and grasps its key technical requirements.By collecting all kinds of fault information of the traction system of this model in the past two years,the effectiveness of screening is carried out,and the accurate fault information is obtained.Secondly,this paper introduces the relevant concepts and basic steps of FMECA analysis method in fault theory,and master the key contents of FMECA analysis.Combined with the statistics of traction system failure mode of hxd1 d locomotive in a certain period,the paper analyzes the failure mode,influence analysis and hazard degree of FMECA,The paper analyzes the failure mode,the consequence and the severity level,calculates the hazard degree,formulates the hazard matrix of hxd1 d locomotive traction system,and defines the degree of hazard of each failure mode.Thirdly,through the decision-making research on maintenance mode,maintenance method and maintenance cycle,based on the previous analysis and research,the practical decision flow chart of hxd1 d locomotive maintenance mode and maintenance method is obtained,and the analysis flow is standardized.Finally,combined with the above hazard degree of hxd1 d locomotive traction system failure mode,through the decision-making research on maintenance mode,maintenance method and maintenance cycle,the optimization scheme of maintenance schedule for main parts of hxd1 d locomotive traction system is finally formulated. |
