As a kind of transportation mode between traditional wheel-rail contact vehicles and magnetic levitation vehicles,the linear motor transportation system has broad application prospects.However,with the gradual increase in the number of LIM vehicles,how to balance the safety and economic needs and carry out maintenance work scientifically and efficiently has become a major problem that plagues the metro operators.The reliability-centered maintenance(RCM)management model achieves the inherent reliability of the equipment with minimum resource consumption through standardized logie decisions,statistical analysis of data,comprehensive evaluation of experts,and quantitative modeling.Meanwhile,it have been successfully applied in many areas.Under the guidance of RCM,this paper carried out related research on the LIM vehicles of Beijing Subway Airport Express.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The failure information of the LIM vehicle was obtained by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with the FMECA method,including the cause,influence,detection method and risk priority number of the failure modes.Equipment that need to be given different levels of attention were identified according to the RPN classification.The key components included wheels,axle boxes,shock absorber,elastic components of suspension system,LIM,braking clamps,magnetic rail brakes,current collector.(2)According to the characteristics of the LIM vehicle failure datas,the best reliability analysis methods was found:maximum likelihood estimation and K-S test or A-D test.And based on the age-reducing factor and the failure rate increasing factor,a reliability-constrained maintenance decision for a single component considering the maintenance process is established.Using the data simulation verification during the actual operation of the vehicle,the results show that the maintenance intervals are successively decreased,the maintenance cost is reduced first and then increased,and the number of optimal incomplete maintenance is determined based on the principle of minimizing the cost.(3)From the perspective of improving the utilization rate of the whole vehicle and reducing the maintenance cost,the group maintenance decision model based on the reliability is established for the multi-components based on the correlation of the maintenance time of each component.Through case analysis and comparison,the results show that compared with the current maintenance repair and single-part maintenance model,the model has great advantages in cost reduction and efficiency improvement.(4)A maintenance decision system was designed and developed by integrating C#programming language,SQL Server database and MATLAB data analysis software.It basically relized these functions,including user management,failure information management,failure mode analysis,reliability analysis,maintenance interval optimization,and group maintenance decision optimization after running and testing.At the same time,it has greater engineering application value.
