So as to meet the increasing demand of our people for railway transportation and further promote the leapfrog development of China’s railway locomotive technology and equipment,the harmonious high-power AC electric locomotive have been developed in China,and its ownership continues to grow;by the end of 2019,all road locomotives have The volume is more than 20,000,of which more than 10,000 are harmonious AC electric locomotives,accounting for more than 50%.For the huge number of locomotives,how to formulate a reasonable locomotive maintenance plan to minimize operating costs has become a problem that the railway operation department needs to solve at present.With the large-scale application of new materials,technologies and equipment,the harmonious high-power AC electric locomotive has new features in all aspects of structure,function,reliability and maintainability;at the same time,with the continuous adjustment of the layout of railway transportation productivity,The specialized maintenance and repair of railway locomotives has gradually developed towards centralized and base-based.This change has also greatly changed the performance and maintenance methods of locomotives,greatly improving the new requirements for the quality and safety of railway traction locomotives.;These characteristics have different degrees of important impact on the locomotive maintenance system and maintenance methods.This article analyzes information such as the operating conditions of the HXD1 D passenger electric locomotive under repair in the locomotive maintenance section of Guangzhou,and analyzes the locomotive quality failure information that occurred in 2019;analyzes the causes of locomotive failures and uses reliable performance-centered(RCM)maintenance theory,respectively conducted a failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)of the failure mode of the main components of the locomotive.At the same time,in accordance with the requirements of the current repairing system of the railway department,the RCM logic judgment and analysis method is used to analyze and study the key systems and components of HXD1 D locomotives;suggestions for the setting of C4 and C5 repairs for HXD1 D locomotives are proposed to further improve locomotive maintenance The technological scope proposes a technical transformation plan for the locomotive failure caused by the source quality problem.It provides the basis for Guangzhou locomotive maintenance depot to improve locomotive maintenance quality,reduce maintenance cost and improve enterprise benefits.
