At present,the reliability index of metro vehicles has become an important assessment index for metro operation companies and vehicle manufacturers.The improvement and maintenance of the reliability of metro vehicles depend on adequate design and manufacturing expectations and appropriate maintenance.At present,there is still a big gap between domestic major metro operators and manufacturers in the reliability analysis and evaluation of the main equipment of metro vehicles and foreign research.At the same time,the idea of regular maintenance and encrypted maintenance of important equipment is mainly adopted in the formulation of maintenance rules for vehicle equipment,and the valuable fault data on the spot are also lack of systematic collation and scientific analysis.With the increasing complexity of Metro vehicles,the failure rules of many vehicle parts do not conform to the characteristics of "bathtub curve".There is a greater risk of over-maintenance for such parts.The formulation of maintenance rules for such parts requires more rigorous reliability analysis and evaluation,and more importantly,the integration of economic and safety indicators into Metro vehicles.Reliability analysis and evaluation of vehicle equipment.Therefore,the research on reliability analysis,evaluation and maintenance decision-making technology of metro vehicles has strong practical significance.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Fault tree analysis(FTA),fault mode impact and hazard analysis(FMECA)are used to identify the failure modes of the main systems of Metro vehicles,reliability analysis of the main components of each system is carried out,and maintenance schemes of the main components of the system are formulated by logical decision method.(2)Based on the failure data generated during the operation of Metro vehicles,the timing truncation test scheme is used to process the truncation data,calculate the reliability index and analyze the failure rules of the main systems of Metro vehicles,and carry out the reliability evaluation of the main systems of Metro vehicles.(3)Establish a risk-availability-based optimization model for the maintenance cycle of Metro vehicles,and optimize the maintenance cycle according to the hazards of failure modes obtained from reliability analysis.According to the reliability evaluation results,the Monte Carlo method is used to solve the optimal maintenance cycle by computer simulation.(4)Develop a reliability maintenance management system for Metro vehicles,which includes information management of metro vehicle equipment,FMECA analysis,fault data input and audit,and reliability data analysis and calculation module.
